BIO
Paolina Anderson is the founder of Laguna Professional Services, where she helps small businesses build the systems they need to operate efficiently and grow. She specializes in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employee handbooks, training manuals, and translating business materials between English and Spanish.
With 24 years in the pet industry and 15 years in real estate, Paulina brings deep operational insight to the businesses she supports.
Her professional translation work includes veterinary medical materials translated into English in Ecuador and Guatemala, training curriculum for PETECH Pet CPR, First Aid, and Prevention programs, and safety and sanitation standards for the California Professional Pet Groomers Association (CPPGA). She has also translated business and software documentation for technology companies operating in South America.
Paula’s work focuses on helping businesses stay organized, communicate clearly, and operate with professional systems that support long-term growth.
